INTRODUCING

StaffordUSA, Inc.

FORMERLY:  DATACRAFT, Inc.

We are  making changes to consolidate our corporate entities and operations.  We have determined this will make us more efficient and enable us to better respond to the needs of our customers.

The first step in the process is to change our name.  This step will provide us with the needed visible “makeover” to accommodate our other related entities.  The actual merger of the various entities is scheduled for the 1^st of January, 2011.

Therefore, effective the 15^th of October, 2010, DATACRAFT, INC. will become StaffordUSA, Inc.  All issues related to DATACRAFT, INC., such as FEID, bank accounts, GSA Schedule, phones, emails, etc., will remain in place with the corporate entity under its new name.

StaffordUSA, Inc. will continue with the same leadership, expertise, personnel and varied resources as you experienced with DATACRAFT, Inc.  We will engage in the same professional pursuits as we have done for the past ten plus years as DATACRAFT, Inc., adding other specialties from our related entities.
